Google（谷歌）全球副总裁大中华区总裁李开复博士今天做客CNET时表示，成功的跨国公司需要三个条件。

　　李开复表示，根据我个人的经验，第一要有长远的眼光和耐心，第二要有本土的团队，并对本土的需要有很深的理解，然后把这个理解做成有潜力的本土产品。

　　李开复认为第二个条件是放权，太多跨国公司希望从总部遥控海外分支，但遥控是没有效率的，外国人对本土的需求也没有那么多，最重要就是放权，要找到一个值得信任的人和管理团队。

　　最后一个条件，李开复透露互连网这个行业在每个国家的方式都有很大的不同，一定要花时间去谦虚的学习和理解。

Kai-fu Lee that the second condition is decentralization, many multinational companies want to control headquarters overseas branches, but the remote control is not efficient, and foreigners of domestic demand is not so, the most important is decentralization, to find a trustworthy and management team.

The last one, Kai-fu Lee said the Internet industry in the way each country is very different and they take the time to learn humility and understanding.
